  How To Use

  URINE: Test the first and second urine of the day and record the average reading. To test, briefly place the pH Strip in the urine stream, shake the excess fluid and wait 15 seconds to read your pH.

  If the two-way paper pad show different colour, please regard the first upper paper pad (orange colour) as the standard result.

   

  SALIVA: Wait 2 hours after eating. Spit saliva into a spoon, dip the pH strip into the fluid and wait 15 seconds to read your pH.

  For the Saliva, wait two hours after eating. Spit saliva into a spoon, dip the pH strips into the saliva for 1-2 seconds and take out, after 5 seconds, compare to the
  Colour chart and read the pH value.

  If the two-way paper pad show different colour, please regard the first upper paper pad (orange colour) as the standard result.

  A reading of pH 7.0+ is perfect, pH 6.5 is acidic and below pH 6.0 is very acidic. Test 2-3 times per day and daily over a longer time period to get and average reading.

  Replace the cap immediately and tightly after use.  Do not touch the test areas. The pH strip should store in a cool, dry and non-sunshine place.

  The Expiry date for the pH strips is 24 months.

  Before use, if found the pH paper pad fade the colour to more light, do not use it any more
