Known as Two fierce men pitted against each other this 2-man empty hand combat set from Northern 5-Animal Shaolin is just what the title suggests! While not as long as some of Green Dragon s 2-man forms, this one requires and builds excellent strength and stamina, hardens the body, and develops powerful techniques all while providing the solution to the timing and distancing problems normally associated with fast and complicated 2-man work. Techniques employed are both linear (centerline) and angular, both circular (deflective) and power-on-power, both long and short range. When executed with speed and power it closely approximates a true combat situation!! Very dynamic and developmentally challenging.
